- The Dow is up 29 points or 0.13%.
The indices are coming down off earlier highs.

- Intel is trading down -0.69%. Brian Krzanich, Intel CEO, resigned from Trumps business council after the close yesterday.
- JPM is up 0.85% and Citigroup is up 1.13%. Higher rates are helping the banking sector.
