- Current single-family home sales 75 vs 73 prior
- Prospective buyers 50 vs 50
- Sales over next six months 70 vs 71
I would have expected to the driver to be future sales but it was current ones. I think that's positive because it means low rates are pulling in buyers they didn't think were there.
