US secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, says that Trump decided on his own on the issue of meeting/speaking with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. In case you missed it, the news broke out in the Asian session here.
Tillerson adds that US talks with North Korea will take "some weeks" to arrange. So far, reports are estimating that the meeting will take place after the inter-Korean summit in April so that will put it some time in May.
