Now impeached on the second (of two) charges.

He is not having a good evening :-(

As I said earlier:

• When he is (impeached) it does not mean he'll leave the Presidency. The upper house of Congress would have to convict him, and they won't.

The second vote has the fence sitter voting present, again.
