US November existing home sales 6.69m vs 6.70m expected

November existing home sales:

• Prior was 6.85m
• Sales -2.5% m/m vs -2.2% expected
• Prior sales +4.3% m/m (revised to +4.4%)

Housing has come off the boil but that's probably because it's winter. The real test for the market will be in the spring.
