Is this sort of thing happening more often? Russia becoming more aggressive in its military moves?
Trump faces an election in November and while I am not writing him off the one thing for sure is there are 6 months until then, 6 months of a feckless US administration. China seems to be taking advantage:
- moving to a more heavy handed approach on Hong Kong
- sending troops into India
