More upbeat news on NAFTA
Reports say that the US and Mexico are said to be poised to reach a NAFTA deal on the bilateral issues the pair are facing.
Reuters spoke with Mexican economy minister Guajardo who said they are in the final hours of Mexico-US discussions and that they need at least a week to negotiate with Canada. Incoming Mexican NAFTA negotiator Seade said the US-Mexico energy issues have been resolved.
Looks like it could be a nice start to the week for MXN and CAD.
