US MBA mortgage market index week ending 31 March 2017

  • Mortgage market index 397.1 vs 403.6 prior

  • Purchase index 239.8 vs 238.1 prior

  • Refi index 1271.9 vs 1327.1 prior

  • 30yr mortgage rate 4.34% vs 4.33% prior

Nothing much to look at in these numbers, although that's the 3rd week of declining applications on the trot.
