  • Mortgage index 405.8 vs 406.2 prior

  • Purchase index 246.0 vs 236.0 prior

  • Refi index 1302.0 vs 1365.8

  • 30yr mortgage rate 4.23% vs 4.20% prior

The purchase index is just a smidge below the year's high seen in April.
