Both nations are seeing pain from the trade relations. US firms are increasingly reporting lower revenues as a result of the slowdown and trade tensions including Apple, Intel, Caterpillar and Nvidia.
The hope this week is that progress can be made and avoid additional tariffs on $200B of China goods on March 1st (tarriffs go from 10% to 25%).
