They also:
- Sanctioned 5 Russian entities, three Russian individuals
- Sanctioned groups provided support to Russia's Federal Security service
- Sanctions include Russia's digital security, Kvant Scientific Research Institute and Divetechnoservices
The diplomatic landscape for Russia and US changes from day to day. Last Friday, they should be including in G8. Today, more sanctions. I guess not all that surprising (and perhaps unrelated in some respects too - at least in the eyes of Pres. Trump).
