Futures flat
The S&P 500 fell 25 points on Monday and futures point to another 2 point loss at the open. The market has been tepid this week as the US dollar and Treasury yields rise.
The main event of the week will be Biden's Thursday announcement of a plan to add "trillions" in economic stimulus. Details of that may leak out beforehand so stay alert.
