US DATA: MBA refis -7.7% and the purchase index -4.7%, making the Mtg
Bankers Assoc Mkt Composite -6.7% adjusted in the Apr 8 wk. The 4-wk
moving ave was -3.3%. The ave 30-yr fixed mtg rate rose to 4.98%, the
fourth weekly increase in a row. Refis were 60.3% of total apps, the
