Runs counter to earlier reports of imminent EU auto tariffs.
Earlier in the day there were reports of imminent trade tariffs on EU autos.
The Commerce Department is out with a head line now saying:
- has not yet submitted final report on 232 automotive tariffs investigation into Pres. Trump
The market had already seemed to discount the article but this seems to imply the article was not exactly factual.
