I don't think the phrase "when there's a will, there's a way" can be applied to this situation here. It's going to take much more to convince parliament to pass the Brexit deal at hand. As a reminder, the UK parliament is set to debate on the Brexit deal again starting from 9 January with the meaningful vote expected some time before 21 January.
