Well, it certainly looks like we're headed down this path at the very least. We're no closer to a deal between the UK and the European Union as we were last month and odds are the UK parliament will do whatever it can to stop a no-deal Brexit from taking place.
Hence, I would expect after some back-and-forth and face-saving moments that we'll be headed for a delay in the Brexit process; or at least that looks the more probable outcome now.
