UK Times on Brexit: Hard border ‘could protect Irish interests’ (Times quote 'sources')

The UK Times newspaper reports on Brexit

A hard border could be needed to protect the Irish economy if Britain crashes out of the EU without a new trade deal, according to sources familiar with Brexit negotiations

If you've been following along though you'll know the Irish government has said it will not accept a hard border. Interesting. (ES says give Northern Ireland back to Ireland. Problemo solved!)
