That should irk European leaders/lawmakers quite a bit. In case you need some catching up, currently we're still waiting on Theresa May to strategise and draw up a concrete plan to be discussed in parliament once again. As for the delay, it's more of the fact that 1/3 of Cabinet members are at Davos this week to attend the WEF. The Brexit debate resumes once again on Tuesday next week.
