The pound is recovering on the back of that headline there with EUR/GBP falling to a low of 0.8744 on the day. But I think it must be taken into context, I believe Slack means that Cabinet has backed Theresa May up until today and expects them to do so even if they head towards a vote - and not that they are backing her on the vote itself.
