UK government lawyer says Article 50 not being invoked this year but position could change

Reuters quoting a UK government lawyer Jason Coppell 19 July 2016

Referring to statements made by new UK PM May he says:

• Britain will not invoke Article 50 before year end

Then says, however the government's current position could change.

So we're none the wiser.
