UK foreign minister Hunt: Chequers is basis of an agreement

Comments from Hunt:

• Calm heads should now prevail in Brexit negotiations

• Negotiations require two parties to engage seriously, that hasn't been happening

• Chequers is basis of an agreement, never said we can't negotiate individual elements

• It is possible we don't end up with a deal, I hope that doesn't happen

• Does not agree Chequers is dead

I don't think there's anything new here. There's way too much politicking in these talks and not enough substance.
