PSNB-X came in just a touch higher than the median forecast in March.
For the fiscal year 2010/11 PSNB-X stood at Stg141.1 billion more than
Stg7bn below the Stg148.5 billion OBR forecast. The CGNCR came in at
Stg26.844bn for March meaning that 2010/11 was Stg139.6 billion, a
little below the Stg141.2bn OBR forecast, suggesting there may
be a slight revision to gilt issuance in 2011/12.
