UK coronavirus cases rise
The pound touched a new low since October today. The UK response to the virus is one of the reasons that the pound is under pressure. The idea of exposing people and allowing people to develop herd immunity would be insanely crushing to the economy in the short term.
The good news right now is that these numbers aren't rising as fast as other parts of Europe, but you have to wonder if that's a testing issue.
