Twitter down by nearly 6% in pre-market trading

That and the drop in Tesla are part of the reasons weighing more heavily on Nasdaq futures, as tech is on the back foot to start the day. US futures are keeping lower in general with S&P 500 futures down 0.9% while Nasdaq futures are slumping by 1.6% currently.
