He spent a lot of time talking about the corporate tax rate. No one thinks 15% is feasible.

The speech is over now. There wasn't much new here. The hope was that Trump would try to sell something that looked like a plan but this was more of a campaign-style speech that promised things that will be very tough to deliver.
