US President Trump on Twitter re the trade talks with China
I am pleased to report that the U.S. has made substantial progress in our trade talks with China on important structural issues including intellectual property protection, technology transfer, agriculture, services, currency, and many other issues.

I guess when the Prez tweets we take note, but markets are a bit more wary given Trump's tendency to overstate progress and to tell … I believe 'untruths' is the current euphemism.
Anyway … the general sentiment on the trade talks has been positive, continuing along that path with this tweet.
