Mexico's next foreign minister:
- says Trump said in letter that countries should increase cooperation
- says Trump said in letter that he agrees with four priorities laid out by president-elect Lopez Obrador in previous letter
- says Trump said that NAFTA renegotiation would bring better paid jobs, but only if done quickly
- says Trump said if not done quickly, he would have to take choose a "very different" path
