Adding to his earlier remarks here. On the hotels comment, he's angling it from a "real estate perspective" when talking about the opportunities that North Korea has right now - citing their "beautiful beaches".
Anyway, he still believes that Kim will follow through on the agreement, though he now adds that "I may be wrong".
