The Shredded wheat haired one explains his tweet on nukes
Yesterday the Trumpet tweeted that the "US must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such times the world comes to its senses regarding nukes."
Today he added to those remarks by saying to MSNBC;
"Let it be an arms race. We will outmatch them at every pass and outlast them all"
I'm sure you'll all agree that an arms race is just what the world needs right now. At some point Trump is going to say something that will do more than just sink a few stock prices.
Update: A Trump aide has spoken to NBC too about Trumps comments;
Other countries need to be put on notice that Trump will not allow them to undermine the US
There will not be an arms race because other countries will come to their senses
I'm not sure if that lessens Trumps comments or makes them worse?
