Canada's PM looking for support from Trump
Knocked back repeatedly by Obama, Trudeau is out on the wires saying he's "extremely confident" that the pipeline will now be built after Trump previously said that he supports the Keystone project.
He adds that while the US is a partner, it is also a competitor.
