The price of Bitcoin has seen a corrective move up after dipping to as low at $5873 on Coinbase today. The high moved to $7442.89, but fell short of the swing low from Feb 2 at $7540 (close resistance- see chart below). The 200 day MA today is at $7938. That is also a key level for buyers. If the price stays below that MA, the buyers are not winning.
On the US dollar, he says:
