Can I just take the opportunity in this thread, as I know it's a widely read one, to thank all of you who very kindly donated to my daughter Lily's fund-raising efforts Down Under for Leukemia. Target reached but she is keeping the page open for a while yet which you can find here. Thank-you in advance from us both.
Meanwhile I'm heading down to France on Sunday for a short break where I might actually find some sun. Hurrah!
