Daily thread to exchange ideas and to share your thoughts
Good day, everyone! Hope you're all doing well as we get things going here in European trading. It's been a quiet start to the morning and rightfully so. UK traders are away from their desks so expect thin liquidity and thin markets to be the main theme in trading for the session.
Currencies are mostly mixed ahead of the market open:

Some market themes to consider:
- Dollar a little vulnerable to further declines following Powell/Fed disappointment
- Italy back in focus as budget issues remain
- Equities are trading higher, futures also trading similarly
- Thin markets likely to see limited action as UK traders are on a long weekend
I expect the current tight ranges to prevail for the most part but with thin liquidity we may see some exacerbated movement especially with month-end flows coming in. What are your views on the market right now? Share your thoughts/ideas with the rest of the ForexLive community here.
A little bit of a slower day~
