Someone has just come up and told me a wire service (don’t know which one) is carrying comment from NDRC researcher that China will CUT interest rates. Unfortunately I don’t have any further details. Maybe that’s why they’re buying cable
Personally I’d be amazed if they started cutting rates anytime soon. Happy Dayz.
