Financial bookies see FTSE opening flat, CAC 40 up around +0.1%.

UK, French, Dutch, Spanish stockmarkets only open half-day.

Elsewhere, Germany, Italy, Austria, Greece, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland will all be closed.
