Cohen's phone was tapped by US Federal investigators
NBC reports that the phone of Trump lawyer Michael Cohen was wiretapped in the weeks leading up to the raid on his home and office and that at least one call with the White House was intercepted.
After the raid, Trump was told not to speak to Cohen but NBC reports from two sources that he called him two days after the raid.
"Giuliani is also described as having warned Trump that Cohen is likely to flip on him, something Trump pushed back on, telling Giuliani that he has known Cohen for years and expects him to be loyal, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the conversations," the report from NBC says.
The investigation relates to payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, according to the report.
