As we head to the close of what has been an ugly election campaign, you are reminded that kindness makes a difference, and that can make the world great!
All of us at FXL are honored and blessed to be a voice in the forex market and in doing so, being able to help traders along the way. Often there are written comments of thanks that are shared. Speaking on behalf of my fellow colleagues (they would agree), those comments are priceless. Even the criticisms are ok. Honestly, we all have thick skin and learn from what you have to say (just don't make it a habit).
Anyway, I sometimes get deep and wonder "Is this what I am supposed to do?" and when I think about it, the answer is ... um.....hmmm.... um....."Yes!". ; )

So yesterday, I got a package. And in the package were two careful packed containers. One was filled with muscadine grapes. The other was full of persimmon, both hand picked from a farm in North Carolina. Included was a note of thanks from a forex friend. I will call him AC. I have never met AC in person - but he is a voice (like each and every one of you) on the FXL website. He thought of me when he collected the fruit and wanted to share it with me as a gesture of thanks....
I have never eaten each of those fruits, but boy are they great! It makes the combination even more special.
Anyway when you slice a persimmon, the pattern on the face of the slice is that of sun with rays. The sun to me is great thing. I see it a lot in Arizona and quite frankly it makes a difference in your life (I lived in New Jersey/New York and London - not real sunny places). There is nothing like a sunny day. It makes you happy. It warms you. It makes you smile and quite frankly, people are not smiling as much these days. They would rather complain and be grumpy.
I tell my kids (although they are not kids anymore), "You can't change the world. But you can change the people around you at work, home, play. Hopefully, your positive impact, has a impact on those people, and that gets passed on and on and on". That is really how things get great.
I write this not to solicit other packages or comments (please no), but to share the sunshine, and to says thanks for the thanks. AC brought lots of sunshine into my life yesterday - and today, and this weekend - and that makes me feel great ... and grateful. Thanks AC! and thanks to you all too.
Have a great weekend.....
