• Teranet/National HPI for July YoY rose 5.5% vs. 5.9% last month
• HPI Index 239.01 vs. 238.19 last month
• all provinces rose with the exception of Victoria which fell by -0.3%. Québec city rose 1.4% and was the largest gain for the month. Ottawa leads the way with a 12.1% year on year gain
