The reading measures analysts' expectations on the Swiss economy and other economic expectations over the next 6 months.
That's quite a dip in sentiment, falling to the lowest levels since end of 2016. Surprisingly, economic expectations for the US is at negative levels for the last two months but the drag seems to come from much lower expectations on the Swiss and Eurozone economies.
It's a minor data point though. USD/CHF near the highs for the day at 0.9821 with EUR/CHF near the lows at 1.1975.
