A moderate conservative
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is to retire from the Supreme Court.
Kennedy was nominated by Pres. Reagan but is thought have become less conservative as the years have gone on.
The retirement give Pres. Trump the opportunity to nominate someone who is more conservative which should swing the balance more in that direction.
Kennedy has been more of a swing voter of late.
Update: Trump says he has a list of 25 names to replace him. The list dates back to the campaign.
