Further comments by Scottish first minister Nicola Sturgeon on the day
- Scotland would not enter EUR
- It is not a requirement of EU membership in practice
- Many EU states do not use EUR
- Countries cannot be forced into their will to use EUR
- Scotland will debate best currency arrangements for independence
Looks like someone is getting a bit too ahead of herself at the moment, already talking about post-independence issues. Well, for now this is all conjecture/theory.
