Spain reports highest daily fatalities related to the coronavirus
The 849 deaths reported now brings the total tally to 8,189 persons.
Adding to the less comforting news is that the number of confirmed cases has risen to 94,417 from 85,195 yesterday. That marks a ~11% increase, which breaks the slowing trend in the previous two days of ~8% yesterday and ~9% the day before.
