Latest data released by the National Statistics Institute - 14 August 2018
- CPI +2.2% vs +2.2% y/y prelim
- HICP -1.2% vs -1.2% m/m prelim
- HICP +2.3% vs +2.3% y/y prelim
The core reading comes in at +0.9% y/y compared to the +1.0% y/y reading seen in June though. Apart from that, all other figures are in line with estimates. Once again, nothing much from the release here to meddle with the euro.
