Test Flight of SpaceX starship does not end well.
A SpaceX Starship test flight ended in a fireball.
The goal of the SN9 flight is not necessarily to reach the maximum altitude, but rather to test several key parts of the Starship system. All seemed to go as planned until the the final approach to the landing site where there was a failure.
