Papandreou has delayed a meeting with the President as the haggling continues over who will be PM. The meeting has been pushed back until 1600 GMT (one hour from now). He will make a statement before the meeting.

For the market, I don’t think it matters. What’s critical is that whoever it is, there is an agreement to fully pass the austerity bill and hold elections in February.
But the long negotiations worry me.
