Here we go again

Comment from a Scottish government adviser who also believes there is the momentum to win.

The comment gave the quid a little kick from its perch around 1.2495 to 1.2481.

I've got a little short on at 1.2495 as I'm liking the tech and the 1.2400-1.2500 range.
