Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is to speak Monday in the US
The UK Times reports on what she will say in her speech:
- Nowhere near ready for Brexit
- To call (again) for a second Brexit referendum
All a bit non-surprising really.
- On the first, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to recognise this
- On the second, Sturgeon is not a supporter of Brexit
