Schumer on coronavirus relief package - making progress, hopefully agreement soon

Schumer is Senate minority leader. he is echoing the good vibes we have heard from McConnell and McCarthy.

• we are exchanging paper back and forth and hopefully we can come to a deal soon
• thinks there is a genuine desire to come to an agreement by all 4 participants
