Russia's Novak is saying that they may be open to discussing increasing Russian production by 1 million barrels at the next OPEC meeting.
The price of oil is down -$0.37 or -0.54$ at $68.63. The low just reached $68.54. The price is also below the 100 and 200 hour MAs at $69.30 and $68.75 respectively. That is now risk for shorts.
