Second report on Ryan's departure
Paul Ryan is telling his staff he's quitting right now, according to a new report from the Atlantic. At the top of the hour he will tell Republicans, the report says.
The announcement will make it tougher for Republicans to raise money for the November mid-terms because it sends the signal (right or not) that Ryan thinks they are going to lose the House.
Update: There are many reports now saying Ryan is quitting. It's pretty much official. We'll update when he makes the announcement.
